A resident of Armenia, who is engaged in entrepreneurial activities, fully repaid a loan of 1.3 million rubles after bailiffs arrested her bank accounts. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
The woman took a loan from the bank, but did not return the money even after the court decision. The bailiff-executor of the bailiffs department in Armenia initiated enforcement proceedings, but the debtor continued to evade payment.
For the late execution of the court decision, the bailiff collected from her an executive fee of 200 thousand rubles, arrested bank accounts and temporarily limited travel abroad.
Soon the woman paid the debt along with the performance fee in full. As it turned out, she needed working bank accounts for everyday business operations. The enforcement proceedings are completed with actual execution.
