The State Housing Inspectorate announced a warning to JSC Petersburg Sales Company (PSK) after the appeal of the tenant of the apartment in the city center. According to the agency, the power engineers installed a new meter without drawing up a bilateral act, charged the man a debt of 60 thousand rubles and announced a power outage. Information about this is posted on the website of the Prosecutor General's Office.
The incident occurred in one of the rooms of a large communal apartment in the house No. 19 on Malaya Morskaya Street. According to the inspection, the employees of the PUK ignored the request of residents to check the metering devices and mounted a new electric meter without drawing up a bilateral act. After that, the payment for light began to accrue according to the norm, because of which the man formed a debt.
As a result, the department demanded that the PUK conduct an inspection of the meter, cancel accruals made without confirmed readings of the meter, and prevent power outages in the room.
Recall that the General Director of JSC “Petersburg sales company” is Sergey Nikolaevich Volkov. He has held this position since June 2 of this year.
