The crime was committed on October 8 near Duderhof Lake. According to media reports, the woman pre-purchased 70% vinegar, poured it into the baby’s mouth and doused his face. She then plunged her son into the lake and fled. The boy was able to get out of the water by himself.
The woman worked as an art historian and urbanist, wrote a blog for mothers. In addition to her son, she has two daughters - nine and 13 years old.
