Flight from Chelyabinsk to Moscow canceled due to security issues

Security restrictions were included in the capital's airports, as a result, more than three dozen aircraft were sent to other cities, and some flights were canceled.

Among the canceled was the flight from Chelyabinsk to Moscow, which was supposed to land at the capital’s Sheremetyevo airport at 06:40. The flight from Magnitogorsk was canceled and it was supposed to land in Moscow at 06:30. The flight from Chelyabinsk, which was expected in Moscow at 07:45, was delayed until 09:00.

At five o'clock in the morning on the scoreboard of the airport in Chelyabinsk it was possible to observe information about the delay of departure of four flights: flight Chelyabinsk - Moscow of the airline "Victory" with departure on schedule at 05:25; flight Chelyabinsk - St. Petersburg ("Victory") with departure on schedule at 05:35; flight Chelyabinsk - Moscow ("Victory") with departure on schedule at 05:55; flight Chelyabinsk - Moscow ("Russia") with departure on schedule at 07:00. Also, the Chelyabinsk online scoreboard reports about the delay in the arrival of five flights to the Kurchatov airport – three flights from Moscow with arrival on schedule at 04:25 (“Victory”), 04:35 (“Victory”), 06:00 (“Russia”), one flight from St. Petersburg with arrival at 04:55 (“Victory”) and one flight from Mineral Waters with arrival on schedule at 05:45 (“Azimuth”). Among the canceled is a flight from Moscow, which was supposed to arrive in Chelyabinsk at 05:05.

Earlier it became known that Rosaviatsiya in all the capital’s airports imposed temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft to ensure flight safety.
