“Rosseti” sued the OREC of the Vladimir region more than 11 million rubles
The Arbitration Court of the Vladimir Region ordered the United Regional Electric Networks of the Vladimir Region to return more than 11 million rubles to Rosseti Centre and the Volga Region

The Arbitration Court of the Vladimir Region ordered the United Regional Electric Networks of the Vladimir Region to return more than 11 million rubles to Rosseti Centre and the Volga Region.
The proceedings began after the appeal of “Vladimirrenergo” with a claim to the OREC. The company demanded the return of funds that, in its opinion, were received for the transmission of electricity without the actual provision of the corresponding service.
This is a contract between the two organizations. The OREC billed for the transmission of electricity on two lines associated with the Kolchugino substation. In the period from June 2018 to September 2021, Rosseti transferred about 11.2 million rubles for these services.
During the proceedings, it turned out that the disputed power lines were not owned by the OREC. They were listed on the balance sheet of the Kolchugin municipal enterprise "Communalnik".
The court proceeded from the fact that a company that does not own the networks could not provide services for their transfer. Therefore, the money received for this was considered unjustified enrichment.
As a result, 11.1 million rubles were recovered from the OREC. In addition, the company must pay almost 78.9 thousand rubles of state duty and about 5.2 thousand rubles of interest for the use of other people's funds.
