The Russian left home, quarreling with relatives, and died

In Volchansk, Sverdlovsk region 42-year-old pedestrian died under the wheels of the car Lada Kalina. The tragedy occurred on the evening of October 11 on the connecting road from the southern entrance to the north.

According to preliminary data of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region, the driver ran into a man who was walking along the carriageway in a passing direction.

The deceased was dressed in dark clothing without reflective elements, and street lighting at the site was absent. The man died before the ambulance crew arrived.

The Lada driver underwent a medical examination which revealed he was sober. The man told inspectors that he did not notice the pedestrian due to the light of the headlights of the oncoming car.

Relatives of the deceased reported that they had a conflict at home, after which the man left home. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
