Rostov residents heard a sound similar to an explosion on the night of September 23

On the night of September 23, residents of Rostov heard a loud sound. According to residents, the roar sounded about 00:30.

It was heard in the central part of Rostov, Pervomaysky district and the Alexandrovka microdistrict. Eyewitnesses describe the sound as similar to an explosion.

Earlier in the Rostov region declared unmanned danger.
