The prosecutor appealed to the Volga City Court of the Volgograd region with a lawsuit in the interests of the child. The court satisfied the requirements and recovered from the guilty compensation for moral damage - 50,000 rubles.

The execution of the decision is under the supervision of the supervisory authority, according to the Southern Transport Prosecutor’s Office.
