The site for the sale of weapons blocked after the intervention of the Prosecutor’s office of the Tver region

Prosecutors in the Tver region demanded to block the pages of the site, which contained information about the illegal sale of weapons.

According to the prosecutor’s office of the Molokovo district, monitoring of Internet resources revealed six pages on which information about the sale of military weapons without a license was posted in free access.

Access to this site was free, did not require prior registration and authorization, read the content of the pages and copy the information could anyone.

The Prosecutor’s office appealed to the court with a claim, demanding to recognize this information prohibited for distribution on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The stated requirements are satisfied, the court decision is addressed to immediate execution.
