Sexual maniac corrupted teenagers from the colony: new victims

The case of pedophile Pavel Kroza, convicted recently (for the third time!) by the capital court, once again confirms that even in prison, a criminal can continue to do evil. Distance is no longer a problem. And the severity of the regime, as is often the case, is compensated for by the indifference of those who must support this regime.

42-year-old native of Berdyansk Pavel Kroza is a seriously ill person. This in no way absolves him of responsibility: sick people should be treated, not walking the streets. However, for 16 years about the criminal disease of Kroza known and law enforcement and doctors, and what is the point? The new term means new crimes. And many of them were committed, as they say, “without departing from the cash register”, i.e. right in places of detention.

For the first time 3 years in prison, a man received in 2010 for debauchery. Having served, Pavel settled with his mother in Roshali near Moscow, got a job in a printing house. And he began to regularly make forays to Moscow, to playgrounds, to computer clubs – in short, to those places where children of 10-15 years often hang out. Somehow he managed to find a common language with the boys: teenagers even invited him to play football. Then followed the conversations “for life”, as if by chance offers to exchange piquant photos. And, in the finale, rape in a secluded place during a "date." Those who tried to refuse, the molester openly threatened - he promised to glorify the entire district, and even to present everything as if it was the teenager who showed a sexual interest in an adult uncle. Between January and June 2014, 12 children were killed.

The court sentenced the rapist to 23 years in prison. It seemed that we would not hear more about him: in places not so remote, such types do not live long. But it wasn't!

Metropolitan investigators found out that in 2015, barely getting into jail, Kroza asked how to get a mobile phone. In the camera with him sat 5-6 people, all were one touchscreen mobile Lenovo with Internet access. How he got there is a question to the staff of SIZO No. 4 (“Bear”). However, while other inmates used it only to call relatives, Croza began to lead an active virtual-sexual life on social networks.

One of the neighbors on the camera said that he saw how Croza used the social network. When asked with whom he corresponds, he replied that he communicates “with a child”. According to the same witness, among the prisoners, it was Kroza who most often used the phone not for calls, but for correspondence on the Internet.

In the social network, the pedophile registered under a false name – “Artem Sheikhet”. A photograph of a young man was placed on the page. So he wrote to one of the boys, who was then 9 years old. The child himself previously opened a page in the social network, indicating the age older than real. In the profile there were real photos of him.

At first, the conversation was on household topics. Then the communication began to take a dangerous character: the adult interlocutor (Kroza said that he was 21 years old) began to gain the trust of the child, sent him prohibited materials and gradually pushed him to actions of an intimate nature. The boy later said that at first he refused, but the interlocutor convinced him that “there is nothing wrong” in this. At some point, Kroza, according to MK, began to put pressure on the child psychologically. He found his sister's page and threatened to send her correspondence. The boy was afraid that the parents would find out about the incident, and continued to communicate.

Another boy also met Artem Sheikhet in the summer of 2015. He was 9 years old at the time. As in the first case, the child was registered by his name, and the age in the profile was indicated formally inflated due to restrictions of the social network. Correspondence developed according to a similar scenario: a stranger introduced himself as an adult, began with neutral communication, and then transferred the conversation to a forbidden plane.

But even after Kroza was sent to the colony, the story did not end! In 2021, while serving time, the pervert indulged in the old “fun”. According to the pedophile, the smartphone Fly left him released convict. He took the SIM card from another prisoner. Where does all this wealth come from? Again, a question to the staff of the Mordovian penal colony No. 4. Later, the criminal said that once during the shemon he had to drown a pipe in the toilet. But the new gadget – this time Xiaomi – did not keep itself waiting.

First, Kroza as an exemplary son called his mother, and then again registered in the social network - this time under the female pseudonym "Christina Wright". In 2021, through this page, he met a boy from the Queen, added him as friends and began correspondence. Communication quickly shifted back to sex and sending indecent photos to each other.

In 2022, Kroza used other pages, including "Sergei Dimentive" and "Gordon Shamway".

One of the newly injured teenagers was created by her mother to register in an online game. Almost immediately after that, an unknown adult user wrote to him. The mother advised to block the stranger, but the child wondered what kind of uncle he was.

"Uncle," by the way, did not hesitate to call by video link - from the toilet in the barracks where the prisoners lived, or from the prison library. The boy told his brother about a strange stranger. The brother decided to check the user himself, found his page and entered into correspondence with him. During the video call, the teenager did not turn on the camera, but recorded what was happening on the phone. This recording then became one of the confirmations that the same person acted under the guise of different accounts.

In correspondence, Kroza constantly changed his age. In one case, he said he was 28 years old and in another he was 39. The children reported their age: one of them said he was 13. However, it was those interviewees who interested him.

A digital trail helped to get to Croze. The number from which communication was conducted was established. The balance of this room was replenished with small amounts - 150 and 180 rubles - from a bank card issued for Pavel's mother. After that, the operatives checked the convict himself, since the manner of communication and circumstances were similar to the crimes for which he was already passing in another case.

Later, Kroza himself wrote a confession in one of the episodes. In it, he pointed out that in the summer of 2015, he was indeed in jail-4 and corresponded with a minor on intimate topics. Also, investigators of the GSU TFR in Moscow questioned the victims who identified the pedophile, and Kroza’s cellmates – they also gave information confirming his guilt.

The examination revealed two diseases in the criminal at once - homosexual pedophilia and ephebophilia (sexual attraction of adults to adolescents). In fact, deviations in behavior began in 2010, when Croza was first detained and received his first conviction. In his 2016 sentencing, he was ordered treatment and outpatient observation by a psychiatrist. But, unfortunately, a separate line nowhere spelled out that the pedophile is forbidden to use social networks and gadgets. In theory, such a ban applies a priori on the territory of penitentiary institutions. Why, then, did Crosa continue to molest children from places not so remote?

The new sentence handed down by the Moscow City Court to Pavel Kroza is 29 years in prison. But don't be fooled. Cell phones are still in use - even in the harshest colony.

People with diagnoses such as Crosa use every opportunity to continue doing what they were doing - corrupting children. In fact, they see the meaning of their lives. In whatever environment such people are not, they can find a weak link - someone with whom to negotiate, whether an employee or a prisoner. And by bribing, providing some services, whatever it was, to persuade, to give him the opportunity to use the phone.

Mobile phones have been and always are. Periodically they are taken away, and then the same phones are re-installed. It’s an endless process that doesn’t seem to change over time. How did the cell phone appear among the prisoners? Just someone paid – in 2016 it could cost, for example, 100 thousand.

This guy probably had someone out there who was supporting him, looking for ways to give him forbidden items. It could be a stranger, but a pedophile. And talk about a network where they communicate, interact, give each other advice – alas, this is not a legend, but reality. As for the treatment of such prisoners, it does not happen. Why? Because we have no doctors, no specialists. They don’t even know how to treat pedophiles.
