Agricultural enterprise in Arzgir district fined for illegal seizure of more than 8 hectares of land

The prosecutor’s office of the Arzgir district conducted an inspection of the implementation of land legislation. It was established that a legal entity on the territory of the Arzgir district was granted ownership of a plot of agricultural land bordering on the state natural reserve of regional significance "Chograsky".

At the same time, part of the land plot plowed by the owner with an area of more than 8 hectares goes beyond the boundaries of the enterprise's possessions - to land whose ownership is not delimited, and partially enters the boundaries of a specially protected natural territory.

By the decision of the prosecutor, the agricultural enterprise was brought to administrative responsibility and fined. Measures are currently being taken to remedy violations.
