In Sevastopol, a local resident repaid alimony arrears in the amount of 1.6 million rubles after a criminal case was opened against him. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
The man didn't pay for two daughters. Bailiffs arrested his accounts and restricted travel abroad, but this did not help. He was brought to administrative responsibility and assigned 27 hours of mandatory work, which he refused to serve.
Then the interrogator opened a criminal case under article 157 of the criminal code. After a preventive conversation, the man fully repaid the debt, the case was discontinued. He is not exempt from mandatory work and will serve them in a municipal enterprise.
