A resident of Sevastopol repaid the debt on fines of the State Inspectorate of Road Safety after the arrest of her car. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
As told in the Ministry, the woman repeatedly violated traffic rules and did not pay attention to the payment of fines, which accumulated a debt of 345 thousand rubles. The bailiff of the branch in the Gagarin district initiated 120 enforcement proceedings, within which the debtor’s bank accounts were arrested, a ban on registration actions with the Kia Carnival car was imposed and travel abroad was temporarily restricted. The woman was still avoiding payment.
Soon, the car was stopped by the State Traffic Inspectorate during the raid, and the bailiff who arrived at the scene arrested the car, which was seized and placed in a specialized parking lot. The owner was warned that the car will be valued and sold on account of debt, so she found the right amount as soon as possible and fully repaid the debt.
