In the capital region started the season of increased activity of elk. In one morning, the animals were involved in three accidents.

So in Zelenograd, the beast was hit by a Sollers car. Two more cases were recorded on Panfilovskoye Prospekt: first, local residents saw an elk fall from a bridge to the road, and then Ford collided with him. In addition, in the area of Matushkino, the animal was stuck in the Bykovo pond.

Among the reasons for the release of animals to people, experts call the development of forests. New roads and infrastructure facilities occupy the habitual habitats of elk, according to the Telegram channel SHOT. During the race, animals lose caution and, going in search of females, can go far from the forest.

Incidents with sochaty have occurred in the previous months - September and October. In October, the animals were shot down on the Moscow Ring Road and the M-1 highway, and after the accident on the M-1 two passengers were hospitalized.

Since the beginning of the year, residents of Moscow and the Moscow region have more than 100 times reported the appearance of moose in settlements. As a result of the accidents, both people and animals themselves suffered. According to forecasts, increased activity of moose will continue until January.
