The incident occurred in December last year at a school in the city. During recess, the student threw a pencil case with heavy accessories towards the girl and hit her head. As a result, the child suffered a concussion and other injuries.
The Prosecutor of the Central district of Kaliningrad appealed to the court with the requirement to recover from the school more than 93 thousand rubles for treatment and 300 thousand rubles as compensation for moral damage.
The lawsuit is now pending in court.
