An orphan from Khakassia appealed to Bastrykin after a 17-year wait for housing
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin appealed to a resident of Khakassia, left at a minor age without parental care

Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, was approached by a resident of Khakassia who remained at a minor age without parental care. He spoke about the long-term non-provision of housing laid by law, according to the Information Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
Since 2009, the man is on the register of people to be provided with living quarters. Despite the existence of a court decision that entered into legal force in 2023, no measures have been taken to implement his right so far.
The applicant and his spouse, who have a dependent child, have to rent an apartment at their own expense. Complaints to various authorities did not yield any results.
In the GSU IC of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia organized a procedural audit.
In addition, Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the regional department Alexei Yeremin to report on the preliminary and final results of this inspection, as well as the measures taken to implement the right of a man to comfortable housing.
Earlier we wrote that an orphan from Askiz district six years waiting from officials laid housing.
