Residents of an apartment building on Nikolaevskaya Street in Volgograd appealed to the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia with a complaint about the work of the management organization
In connection with the received information, the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Volgograd region initiated a procedural inspection. The actions of the management organization are assessed for the presence of a crime under art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - provision of services that do not meet security requirements.
Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia A. I. Bastrykin instructed the Acting Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Volgograd Region D. V. Buravtsov to prepare and submit a report on the current status of the inspection, as well as on the circumstances revealed during it. Materials and interim results are planned to be sent to the central office of the department.
