SK opened a case after the death of a child on a quad bike in the Leningrad region

In the Leningrad region opened a criminal case after the death of a 10-year-old boy while riding an ATV. This was reported in the press service of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

According to preliminary data, the incident occurred in the village of Maloye Zamostye of Gatchina district. On the quad bike were two minors - 10 and 11 years.

During the movement, the youngest of the boys failed to manage. The ATV collided with the support of the power line, after which it moved into a ditch. The ten-year-old child suffered fatal injuries and died on the spot, and the 11-year-old passenger was hospitalized.

The investigative department for the city of Gatchina opened a case under the article on causing death by negligence. Investigators carry out the necessary procedural actions and establish the circumstances of the incident.
