The Prosecutor’s office and the TFR launched checks on the fact of a fatal accident involving a regular bus in the Ordyn district
Law enforcement agencies will give a legal assessment of the actions of the driver and the quality of services for the transportation of citizens. To coordinate the actions of emergency services and investigators, the district prosecutor left for the scene.
It is known that the accident occurred on the morning of October 6. Passenger bus "Yutong", en route from Karasuk to Novosibirsk, hit the truck "Volvo", parked on the roadside. At the scene of the accident, a 25-year-old bus passenger died from his injuries. The second injured passenger was a 27-year-old guy who was taken with injuries to the Ordynsk CRB.
Investigators of the TFR in the framework of the initiated inspection intend to study in detail the actions of the bus driver for the proper safety of passengers. At the site continue to work the crews of the traffic police and forensic experts. Based on the results of all verification activities and examinations, the TFR will make an appropriate procedural decision, and the prosecutor's office will monitor compliance with the legislation on road traffic and passenger rights.
