Broke the lock with cutters: a Minsk man stole a parked bicycle and handed it over to a pawnshop

In the Moscow police Department of Minsk appealed to a man with a statement about the theft of a bicycle worth more than 500 rubles. This was reported in the Mingory Executive Committee, writes sb.by.

Law enforcement officers quickly identified and detained the suspect. He was a 47-year-old Minsk citizen, previously convicted of property crimes.

It was established that the vehicle was parked in a bicycle parking lot and fastened with a special lock. The defendant with cutters broke the lock and took other people's property.

The man handed over the bike to the pawnshop for 250 rubles, and spent the money on personal needs. The property was seized by law enforcement officers and returned to the owner.
