Words about Nuremberg brought a resident of Polevsky to the dock

In the Sverdlovsk regional court began proceedings in the case of a 52-year-old man from Polevsky. He is accused of rehabilitating Nazism. The information was provided by the joint press service of the courts of the region.

The man fully agreed with the charge. Therefore, at his request, the case is considered in a special order. The judge has already left for the deliberation room. The verdict will be announced on October 29 at 12.00 local time.

According to the investigation, on May 9, 2025, the man left public comments on VKontakte. They appeared under the posts of the communities “Channel 4” and “Overheard Polevskaya”. Publications related to the Victory Day, the action “Immortal Regiment” and the laying of flowers at the Shirokorechensky memorial.

In the comments, the man denied the facts established by the Nuremberg International Military Tribunal. He justified the crimes of Nazi Germany. He also disseminated statements in which he clearly disrespected society and the days of military glory and memorable dates of Russia associated with the defense of the Fatherland.
