The second girl is out of danger. Both victims were taken to the hospital, where they receive the necessary medical care.
The fire occurred in an apartment on the fourth floor of a residential building. The area of the fire was 10 square meters. As a result, a woman and four children died.
On the fact of the tragedy, a criminal case was opened on causing death by negligence to two or more persons. The circumstances and causes of the fire are being established, the city authorities promised to help the relatives of the victims.
