The FSB of Russia in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region together with the GU of Regardie in the region stopped the criminal activity of the group, which established an illegal migration channel in the regions. As a result of operational-search measures, it turned out that the suspects had agreed in advance on a joint crime for profit. They organized fictitious registration of foreign citizens on migration registration.

Based on the materials of the FSB of Russia in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region of the GSU of the IC of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg, a criminal case was initiated under the article on “Organization of illegal migration” and “Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay in the Russian Federation”.
