FSB officers arrest sponsor of terrorist organization in Russian region

In Kamchatka arrested a suspect in financing a terrorist organization. This was reported in the regional FSB.

According to the FSB, the defendant transferred money to members of an organization recognized as a terrorist in Russia, whose activities are prohibited.

The man was charged under Part 1.1 of Article 205.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

As a preventive measure, the defendant was chosen in custody. Other details were not disclosed.
