It became known when the autumn school holidays will begin

The Ministry of Education recommended schools to spend the autumn holidays from October 26 to November 3, 2026. After them, students will have an additional day off – November 4, when they celebrate the Day of National Unity. This was reported by the ministry.

Thus, the vacation will last nine calendar days. If the school adheres to the recommended schedule, classes will resume on Thursday.

Dates are not mandatory for all educational institutions. Schools have the right to draw up their own calendar schedule based on the recommendations of the ministry.

When planning the school year, administrations should take into account regional and ethno-cultural traditions, as well as planned activities.
