For 10 years, the accused cohabited with a woman. Between them there were conflicts, in the midst of which the defendant could hit a friend. In September 2025, he noticed that his beloved in the morning is intoxicated. This made him very angry, and he hit the woman in the back twice. She got scared and called the police. The outfit detained the defendant and brought to the police department for further investigation.
In April 2026, in the midst of another conflict, the accused twice punched her partner in the face and on the back. The clarification of the relationship again ended with the arrival of the police and another bringing the man to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 10.1 of the Administrative Code (“Intentional infliction of bodily harm and other violent actions or violation of a protective order”).
Two months later, the defendant returned home and saw that potatoes burned on the stove, which again beat the lady of the heart. Initially, she did not want to call the police, because the cohabitant quickly calmed down, but in the morning he again began to provoke the conflict.
This time, a criminal case was opened against Minsk. It is worth noting that the victim was in a dependent position: she does not own housing, and the woman also depended on the abuser in material terms.
- The accused is a pensioner, previously had problems with the law — the conviction was extinguished, said Dmitry Klebanov, deputy prosecutor of the Soviet district. He was charged with a crime under Part 2 of Art. 154 of the Criminal Code ("Torture"), the sanction of which is up to five years in prison, with or without a fine. The citizen fully admitted his guilt.
