At that time, the 42-year-old father, a native of Moldova, left alone in an apartment with his 3-year-old daughter, committed debauchery with the child. Unfortunately, due to his young age, the child did not understand what had happened. Only a few years later, the girl was able to comprehend what happened and asked for help from her parent. As a result, the suspect was arrested.
