The builders of the Krasnoyarsk metro demand from the authorities 584 million for the deadlines

According to the company, the customer accepted work in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles, but withheld 496 million as a penalty. “Mosproekt-3” was appointed fines and penalties for delay.

The contractor is sure that the terms were violated not through his fault, but due to non-fulfillment of counter obligations by the customer. The company makes several arguments. The approved design of planning and surveying was transferred with violation for 510 days. Construction sites were handed over with delays of 105 to 822 days. Design data and technical specifications were provided late – with a delay of 4 months to 1 year and 4 months.

In addition, the CTL required additional work and made changes to the specification, affecting the timing. The last change was made on December 25, 2025, three years after the contract was signed. During the work, objects of archaeological heritage were also discovered, which required excavations and suspension of work for a period of 72 to 204 days.

Mosproekt-3 asks the court to recover 584 million rubles from CTL - this amount includes unjust enrichment and penalty.
