A court in Moscow detained a woman driver Bentley due to a fatal accident

The court detained the driver of a Bentley car, who was involved in an accident with a motorcyclist in the center of the Russian capital. This information was confirmed in the official Telegram channel of the courts of general jurisdiction of Moscow.

On Saturday, September 19, the court chose a measure of restraint for the woman in the form of arrest for a period of two months. She is charged with a violation of traffic rules, which negligently led to the death of a person.

The accident itself happened on September 17. According to the materials of the investigation, the accused, who was driving a foreign car, made a collision with a motorcycle. The driver of the two-wheeler was seriously injured and died at the scene of the accident.

Earlier in Moscow, an eight-year-old boy died in a medical institution, who got under the wheels of a garbage truck on Orekhov Boulevard. The truck hit a child who was moving on a scooter. The victim was urgently hospitalized, but it was not possible to save him because of incompatible with life injuries sustained as a result of an impact.
