The Central district court of Sochi decided to recover more than 140 million rubles

The Central District Court of Sochi decided to recover more than 140 million rubles from the developers of two apartment buildings in Sirius. Buildings were built on sites where individual housing construction was allowed.
According to the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnodar Territory, the subject of the proceedings were two real estate objects built in violation of urban planning requirements.
The first house appeared in 2012 on the street Embankment. On a land plot intended for individual housing construction, a seven-storey building with a total area of almost 4 thousand square meters was erected without a corresponding permit.
In 2015, a similar facility was built on Stanislavsky Street. The area of the apartment building was about 3 thousand square meters.
Despite the restrictions stipulated by the town planning documentation, the premises in the buildings were subsequently sold to buyers.

The total amount of losses was estimated at more than 140 million rubles. The court decided to recover these funds in favor of the federal territory.
In addition to the principal amount, the defendants will have to pay a state fee in the amount of 508,789 rubles. to the local budget.
