The court recovered from the Tula HOA more than 358 thousand rubles for the fall of a snow block on Mazda

The Soviet district court of Tula ordered the HOA Pervomayskaya-30 to pay a local resident 358,235 rubles for a car damaged by snow. Snow mass fell on the Mazda 3 from the roof of an apartment building on Pervomaiskaya Street, more information about this "MK in Tula" was told in the joint press service of courts and the regional SDM.

As established by the court, the incident occurred on January 9, 2026 at the house number 30. The snow damaged the plaintiff's car. The management of the apartment building is engaged in the HOA "Pervomayskaya-30", which is in charge of the house territory, where the car was parked.

The court concluded that the damage was due to improper roofing and untimely snow removal. As a result, the partnership was obliged to compensate for the cost of damage to the car, legal costs, moral damage and pay a consumer fine.

The decision was made on October 6, 2026. Of the total amount, 217,926 rubles account for compensation for damage to the car, 50,309 rubles for court expenses, 10 thousand rubles for compensation for moral damage and another 80 thousand rubles for a fine. Until the decision has entered into force, it can be appealed.
