Court bailiffs forcibly hospitalized a sick man
The mother of the citizen, with whom he lived, sided with him and refused to help the employees.

In Chita, for forced hospitalization, a resident of the Alexandrovo-Zavodsk district who evaded the treatment of tuberculosis was delivered. The search and escort of the man carried out the bailiffs. This was reported in the press service of the FSSP of Russia in the Trans-Baikal Territory.
According to the court decision and the conclusion of doctors, the citizen had to voluntarily undergo a six-month course of treatment in the Trans-Baikal regional phtisiopulmonary center. Instead, he abused alcohol and hid from doctors, said the head of the Alexandrovo-Zavodsk ROSP Alexander Pureyev.
After the initiation of enforcement proceedings for non-fulfillment of the court's request, the men were promptly engaged in the search for bailiffs to ensure the established procedure for the activities of the courts. The mother of the citizen, with whom he lived, sided with him and refused to help the employees.
A few days later, the debtor was found in a strange house, where he drank alcohol in the company. The man was outraged and stated that he was not sick and did not undergo fluorography. But after warning of a possible administrative fine for obstructing the work of employees and the use of special means, he stopped arguing and was taken to Chita for hospitalization.
