The sound director, who rented a one-room apartment in the elite district of Patriarchal ponds, could not get along with cockroaches and is now trying to return the bail of 99 thousand rubles through the court.

He rented housing from a family of creative figures - a writer and her daughter, a director. The monthly fee was 100 thousand rubles, and the tenant counted on comfortable living conditions. This is reported by the telegram channel "Baza".

But it soon became clear that the apartment was occupied not only by a new tenant. The man faced a large-scale invasion of cockroaches, the size of which, according to his description, reached the size of a mouse. The tenant independently made attempts to combat insects, placing traps, and the hostess compensated for the cost of calling disinsection specialists. However, after each treatment, the apartment was again infected with pests.

In September of this year, the tenant decided to terminate the lease agreement and leave the living space. According to him, he notified the owner through correspondence and sent an official written notice by mail. But on the procedure of reception and transfer of the apartment, the hostess, according to the tenant, did not appear. The woman refused to return the deposit in the amount of 100 thousand rubles and subsequently stopped communicating.
