Three teenage extremists detained in Cherepovets

Employees of the traffic police in Cherepovets during preventive measures identified two guys who clinged to the back of a moving bus. A friend of theirs filmed the action on his phone. They wanted to run away, but they were caught.

The police department found out that the hookers were born in 2014 and 2015. The cameraman was a 13-year-old friend. He's also an adrenaline connoisseur. The boy's phone contained footage of him climbing various high objects, even the top of the Arkhangelsk Bridge. The teenagers themselves call themselves rufers.

The boys filmed social media content to gain popularity with dangerous activities. Preventive conversations were held with teenagers and their parents. Administrative protocols have been drawn up for consideration in the PDN commission. Video footage attached to the case.
