He was charged with committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code (“Illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogues”).

During the investigation, the identities of two other unemployed defendants, who are 31 and 45 years old, were established. The eldest of them is single, twice brought to criminal responsibility for robbery and hooliganism. His friend was convicted four times for hooliganism and five for committing property crimes. Both have convictions cleared. They are charged with illegal acquisition, storage, transportation and illegal sale of psychotropic substances, that is, committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code.

According to experts, all three defendants need compulsory treatment for drug addiction and chronic alcoholism. They fully admitted guilt.
