In the Tula region, employees of the Russian Emergencies Ministry check the readiness of settlements for the autumn-winter fire season.
This was reported in the press service of Tula rescuers.
“Employees of the department of supervision and preventive work in the Efremovsk, Kamensky and Volovsky districts continue to conduct a comprehensive inspection of settlements that are most vulnerable to landscape fires. The main purpose of the measures is to assess how the territories are ready for cooling and an increased risk of fires, as well as to check how the previously issued instructions are fulfilled, the Tula rescue department said.
Tula rescuers consider timely readiness to guarantee the safety of residents. The shortcomings found will allow us to draw conclusions about the state of affairs in specific places.
