Travel agent cheated 30 Russians for 15 million

More than 30 Russian tourists became victims of travel agent Anna. The total damage was estimated at 15 million rubles. This is reported by the Telegram channel “Shot Verification”.

One of the victims turned to a specialist on the recommendation of the Ryazan blogger. At the end of August 2026, he issued a trip to Turkey for the family for 305 thousand rubles. After payment, the contract was delayed, and the reservation in the hotel was not. The day before departure, the family had no tickets, no voucher, no insurance. Surova offered to postpone the trip, but the refund delayed.

Later it turned out that more than 30 people were injured. They joined together in a chat room. Earlier, a major tour operator terminated the contract with the Severa due to violations.
