The rescue of the Tvertyan was told in the Ministry of Health of the Sverdlovsk region.

The man was returning home by car from the Far East. He got sick on the way. He managed to call his mother, and she, in turn, turned to the rescue service.

The ambulance station of Krasnoufimsk received a signal, and the brigade, quickly assessing the critical condition of the patient, took him to the hospital. The man, judging by the indications of the glucose meter, had a multiple excess of the blood glucose index.

The Tvertyan was taken to intensive care, where several specialists fought for his life. The threat was removed and the patient was transferred to the therapy department. Doctors stabilized the patient and helped to master the system of continuous glucose monitoring.

The Ministry said that the man, having regained strength, continued to go home.
