In the Torzhok interdistrict court, a local resident was brought to administrative responsibility for committing petty hooliganism, the press service of the judicial body told.

The court ruling states that the citizen in the evening was near a fast food stall, made an order, but did not pay for it. On the remarks of the seller out of hooligan motives began to express obscene abuse towards others and the seller of the stall, behaved inadequately, did not react to the comments. With these actions, he violated public order and showed disrespect for society.

The citizen in the court session did not deny the fact of committing an administrative offense, repented of what he did, admitted guilt. Found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 1 of article 20.1 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation was imposed an administrative fine.

The decision was not appealed and entered into legal force.
