Arkhangelsk blogger Mikhail Shishov published an anonymous appeal of a subscriber about a crowd of teenagers at the RusMarket shopping center at Shabalina, 20, building 1.
According to the woman, about 20 teenagers gather at the shopping center. They shout, swear, behave aggressively and beat each other. Due to the noise, it is impossible to be in some shops.
An eyewitness said one boy was riding around the room on a scooter, although it is forbidden, and smashed his face into the blood. She also witnessed an older teenager throwing the younger ones right on the sidewalk by the road.
The woman made the remark but, she said, the teenagers "scolded" and continued to bully the younger ones. The food is scary, they hang out at the entrance. People repeatedly called the police, but while the outfit goes, the teenagers have time to run away.
According to the subscriber, one of the teenagers may have a gun, and he walks with it.
The blogger asks questions: why the police come when no one is there, why there are no raids, why the PDN does not work, where the parents of teenagers and why the man with a gun still walks around the mall.
