У жителя Тверской области изъяли машину, на которой он перевозил незаконно купленное оружие

Прокуратура Лихославльского района Тверской области поддержала гособвинение в отношении 35-летнего местного жителя, представшего перед судом по части 1 статьи 222.1 УК РФ и части 1 статьи 223 УК РФ.

В августе 2025 года мужчина незаконно купил у своего знакомого огнестрельное оружие, порох, дробь, капсюли и гильзы. Приобретенные предметы он перевез в свой дом, где позже изготовил патроны к охотничьему ружью.

Суд приговорил обвиняемого к 4 годам лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком 3 года. Машина, на которой перевозились оружие и порох, конфисковано в доход государства.
