Fallen stool caused the death of St. Petersburg woman on Oleko Dundic
The investigative department for the Frunze district of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia in St. Petersburg opened a criminal case under part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence). The cause was the death of a St. Petersburg woman, which occurred due to the fact that her partner pushed a stool from under the legs of a woman. This is reported by the press service of the SC.

The investigation established that on the afternoon of October 6, the man was with his girlfriend on the balcony of the 8th floor of the house on Oleko Dundic. The couple quarreled, and during the dispute, the defendant pulled a stool on which the St. Petersburg woman stood. Because of this, she lost her balance and fell over the railing to the ground, after which she died.
All the circumstances of the incident are established, the necessary examinations are appointed. The attacker admitted his guilt.
