In Buryatia, an employee of the enterprise for the production of concrete products achieved the payment of 300 thousand rubles for injuries received at the workplace. This was reported in the regional office of the Federal bailiff service (FSSP).

The accident occurred while the man was performing his duties. Working as auxiliary workers in the production of building materials, he fell down the stairs and suffered serious damage. Doctors assessed his condition as severe.

After the incident, the victim sought judicial protection. As a result of the proceedings, the employer was obliged to transfer to the employee 300 thousand rubles in compensation for moral damage caused by industrial injury.

To ensure the enforcement of the judgment, bailiffs took measures against the debtor enterprise. In particular, the bank accounts of the organization were blocked and restrictions were imposed on registration operations with real estate objects belonging to it. These actions were aimed at recovering compensation ordered by the court.
