Kimovsky district court fined a man 3 thousand rubles for disobedience to the request of a police officer to get rid of tinting on the front windows of the car. Details of this case with “MK in Tula” were shared in the joint press service of the courts and the USD of the region.

The case file states that on August 14, 2026, a man drove a Kia car with tinted side windows of the front doors. Light transmission windows did not meet the requirements of the technical regulations on the safety of wheeled vehicles. It was for this that Kazakov was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 3.1 of Article 12.5 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and fined 500 rubles.

On the same day, the DPS inspector issued a written request to the man to eliminate the violation by August 24. However, Kazakov preferred to ignore the demand. On October 5, at 19:52, he again got behind the wheel of the same car with tinted front side windows and was caught by traffic police.

This time, the man was waiting for a more severe trial: on October 6, the court found the fan of tinting guilty. Taking into account mitigating circumstances, he was fined 3 thousand rubles. By the way, the decision has not yet entered into legal force and can be appealed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
