Usman court returns land to disabled woman sold by fraudsters under fake signature
The Prosecutor’s office of the Usman district has achieved the return of a local resident-disabled land, which she lost as a result of fraudulent actions

The Prosecutor’s office of the Usman district has achieved the return of a local resident-disabled land, which she lost as a result of fraudulent actions. The claims of the supervisory authority were satisfied in full, the Prosecutor’s office of the Lipetsk region reported.
The inspection was carried out at the request of the pensioner. It turned out that she had previously leased her land to an agricultural organization, and last year learned that her land was sold to a tenant. At the same time, the woman did not participate in the transaction.
The handwriting examination confirmed that the signature made on behalf of the applicant in the contract of sale was forged. The money for the purchased land was also not transferred to her.
The prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the court to declare the contract of sale of the plot and the registration of the transfer of ownership as illegal, as well as to return the land to the applicant. The demands were met.
As noted in the supervisory authority, this is the eighth similar claim considered by the court. In addition to civil proceedings, in connection with illegal deprivation of ownership of land and forgery of signatures, a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was initiated and investigated in the contract.
