In Anapa detained a debaucher with a machete who smashed a shield in the entrance

Earlier in social networks there was information that in Anapa, an aggressive man came to the entrance of an apartment building on the street of the Black Sea with a machete and broke an electric shield. The public published footage from CCTV cameras.

Law enforcement agencies are interested in this information. The police identified the man who violated public order and detained him. He was a previously unconvicted 37-year-old local resident.

The man was detained for refusing to undergo a medical examination under Part 1 of Art. 6.9 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

“A pre-investigation check is carried out on this fact, after which a procedural decision will be made and the actions of the man will be given a legal assessment,” the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Anapa said.
