In Arkhangelsk caught two trackers on the roof of the train

In Arkhangelsk transport police identified two teenagers who drove on the roof of the suburban train “Arkhangelsk — Severodvinsk”. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the North-Western Federal District.

The catchers were 15-year-old and 16-year-old residents of Severodvinsk. The students climbed on the car at the station Smolny Buyan and wanted to get to Severodvinsk, but at the intermediate station Isakorka they were removed from the roof of the train. Fortunately, the teenagers were not injured. They drove 24 kilometers, and on the way spent 18 minutes.

Young extremals explained that they were pushed to a dangerous trip by the desire to get thrills.

Transport police conducted a preventive conversation with the teenagers and their parents. They explained that such methods of movement are dangerous to life and health.

In respect of one of the minors, who has already reached the age of bringing to administrative responsibility, the protocols were drawn up under part 5 of Article 11.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Passage on railway tracks in an unspecified place” and part 1 of Article 11.17 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Transition on the roof of a wagon or in another unsuited place for passenger travel.”.
