In Arkhangelsk, students of the hostel throw garbage out of windows

Residents of the house on Voronin, 30/4 in Arkhangelsk complain that students of the dormitory of the technical school of construction throw garbage from the windows into the yard. This is reported by the group “Arkhangelsk life”.

According to the authors of the publication, half of the house is residential, half belongs to the hostel. Garbage from windows is dumped regularly, apparently from about the same room.

An elderly man works in the yard of the house, who cleans up and cleans up garbage every morning. The authors of the publication note that the dumpsters are located on both sides of the house, and ask how difficult it is to bring waste there. They also noticed that opposite the house is the Petrovsky workshop, where there are already many rats.

In the publication, residents ask what to do in this situation and whether to go to the commandant. In the photo, according to the authors, it is not yet visible rice and pasta, which are lying in the grass.
