In Belorechensky district 57-year-old man took from someone else’s refrigerator 75 thousand rubles and was put on trial

The investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Belorechensky district completed the investigation of the criminal case of theft. The defendant was previously repeatedly convicted 57-year-old resident of the village School. According to investigators, the man was drunk when he entered the territory of a private house. According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, he tore the lock on the front door with a crowbar, got inside and took 75 thousand rubles from the refrigerator, where the owner kept his savings.

Leaving, the accused took and lighting equipment, noted in the Department. He sold the stolen property, and spent the money on personal needs. The total damage to the owner exceeded 170 thousand rubles.

According to the police, the case with the approved indictment has already been sent to court. During the investigation, the man was in custody. He faces up to six years in prison.
