The Berdyansk Interdistrict Court ordered 250 hours of compulsory labor for a local resident for false testimony. It was reported in court.

In July 2025, a young man born in 2003 was a witness in the case of his friend. During the investigation, he gave truthful testimony and said that he saw a crime.

But in court, he decided to help a friend evade responsibility and changed his testimony. The verdict in the case of a friend came into force in March 2026. The testimony of the witness in court was found false.

In court, the young man admitted guilt and repented. The crime was classified as minor. The penalty is 250 hours of compulsory work.
